TOPLUS® ZrC is a hard material composed of carbon and zirconium that exhibits excellent wear, corrosion, and high-temperature resistance, making it suitable for manufacturing wear-resistant tools and coatings. It can be made into wear-resistant crucibles and cutting tools, or applied to equipment as a wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant coating to resist erosion, abrasion, and chemical attack. It is used as a wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant coating for pumps, pipes, fan casings, and other equipment in power plants, water conservancy projects, mining, and other industries to prevent wear caused by erosion and corrosion. It is also used in the nuclear fuel industry and wear-resistant protective films on electronic equipment, as well as for high-brightness electron emission films and ultra-hard thin film materials.
