According to TOPLUS's understanding of its surface modification, the following three schemes are listed.


1. Surface coating modification of nanometer zinc oxide


This is the main surface modification method of inorganic fillers or pigments at present.The commonly used surface modifiers include silane coupling agent, titanate coupling agent, stearic acid, organosilicone and so on.


2.Nano zinc oxide mechanical and chemical modification


This is a kind of using the method such as crushing, friction of mechanical stress on the particle surface activation, to change the crystal structure and surface physical and chemical structure, this method makes the molecular lattice displacement, internal energy increase, under the action of external force, the activity of powder surface react with other substances, adhesion, so as to reach the aim of surface modification.


3. Nanometer zinc oxide precipitation modification


In this method, an organic or inorganic substance is deposited on the surface of particles to change the surface properties.
