TOPLUS® SnO2

 

 

TOPLUS®  SnO2 is a stable n-type semiconductor whose conductivity can be precisely controlled through doping or the creation of defects (such as oxygen vacancies). It is a core component in the manufacture of functional devices such as sensors and transistors.

SnO2 is chemically stable and corrosion-resistant; physically, it has high hardness (Mohs hardness 7-8), strong adhesion, and thermal shock resistance, ensuring long-term reliable operation of electronic devices in harsh environments (high temperature, high humidity, corrosion). When nanoscaled, its specific surface area increases significantly, surface activity is enhanced, and electrical properties change dramatically, greatly improving sensor sensitivity, battery charge/discharge rates, and other performance characteristics.

 

 

TOPLUS® SnO2 is used to produce high-grade ceramic pigments. Ceramics fired with TOPLUS tin oxide exhibit highly saturated colors, etc.
